Parent Letter

Parents, I just wanted to make sure you have found the letter that your student brought home in their backpack on Monday.

If not, please read it before bringing your student to class on Wednesday.    Thank you.

*Also, don’t forget they can bring in something with a circle shape Wed for our first “show and tell” shape day!

Christmas Program

Make sure to bring your student at 6:15 Monday night for one last practice before our program begins at 7:00.

The Preschoolers have been working hard to prepare  and are looking forward to sharing their songs with you!

Don’t forget your cameras! :)

Class Picture Day

Don’t forget that on our first day back from Thanksgiving Break,  we will be taking class pictures!

Every student will be included in the class photo.  Your child will also be photographed for individual preschool year pictures that you will have the option to purchase.

(A waiver will be available to sign for opting out of  individual photos being taken)

Our photographer, Tiffany Wilson, will have a packages and pricing info sheet for you and will let us know what day she will have the proofs available for you to see.

*After scheduling this picture day, I have switched our daily themes for Wednesday and Friday.  Tomorrow will be our Christmas Wish List day and on Friday, we will make our Christmas ornaments!

December Calendar

Our December calendar has been posted!

Don’t forget to look for your class color:
Preschool = Yellow
AM Pre-Kindergarten = Purple
PM Pre-Kindergarten = Green

It’s the most wonderful time of the year!!!  :)

Harvest Party

Just a reminder…

Harvest Party Day — Friday, October 28

Students will come to class at the normal time.

Optional:  A guest of each student is invited to join us at the time of our class party:

AM Class – 10:00 – 11:30
PM Class – 1:45 – 3:15

Please have your preschooler come dressed in “farmer -style” clothes.

(Examples:  jeans and checked shirt, john deere shirt or hat, bib overalls…)

Our Party will include Snack and Activity Time and students will share a song and poem with our guests!

Pumpkin Farm

Our Field Trip will go on rain or shine! Most activities will be inside. If it is raining, we will miss out on our hayride, but the rest will continue as planned.

It looks like rain at this point, but we can pray for a break in the weather so we can hopefully still have the hayride!! :)

Please let me know if you will be meeting us at the farm that morning…

Also, if you will be coming back by the preschool on your way back, and would be willing to offer one of our students a ride back, please contact me asap!  (Unfortunately, through our state licensure, I am not allowed to transport any students myself.)  Thank you!!

October Calendar

Our online calendar has been updated!

Don’t forget to look for your class color:

Apple Juice

Due to the recent concerns of arsenic levels in Apple Juice and until further studies have been done, I will request that only apple juice that says it is made in the USA be sent in for snack time.
I understand that a small amount will not do harm, but overtime if these concerns are true, we do not know what affects it could have in the long term.

Thank you!

Our Preschool Calendar is now online!

It is color coded for each class group:
