I love 3 year olds… and 4 year olds… and 5 year olds…

Why do I love 3 year olds?  They are like Play-Doh – bright and colorful, and ready to be molded into something great!

It is incredibly rewarding to watch these children come into my Preschool Program.  Some are ready to jump right in, and some are a little shy, but is doesn’t usually take them long to get settled in and realize they are in a place where they love to be and feel secure.

Our 2 day/wk Preschool class really builds up to our 3 day/wk Pre-K class.   I am so looking forward to my students who are returning for their second year.  There is a better understanding of classroom routines and they are quicker to pick up on the new curriculum of their Pre-K class.  Not only are they learning to write their letters, some are even beginning to sound out small words before the end of their Pre-K year- just because they are ready and want to learn!

It is amazing to watch how these children grow and develop over their two years in  our Preschool.

I am not a babysitter.  I am shaping lives and helping establish good foundations for learning and life!  Lucky me!
